Maybe a minor in psychology with a major in biology would, neuroscience, and molecular biology....
Just biology would be too normal, I'd say, though a fine mcat, gpa, experience, and i guess a good school would be very helpful as well.

For A-Level, you'd have to do practical exams as well as the normal written ones (One in AS, one in A2).
