You'll find these blocks generally starting at around 5km....
So, any suburbs that have blocks of land >800m2 can be subdivided.
In most suburbs under the Brisbane city council area, a block of land for a house has to be 400 square metres.

My 3 year old found this glitch.lol
on the suburbs go onto the freeway and under one of the bridges. There are some doors underneath there. Line up the car and drive through the door. It glitches and you fall for awhile giving you the full JUMP skill....
