UPDATE: We've decided to go with Rivergum Homes. They're fixing their pricing and as opposed to other builders, they showed how much we'd be paying for each item in the price list. We'll see how it goes now.

Rendition Homes took ONE FULL MONTH to NOT do anything and took who has built their own home will know....
We liked them Sterling and APS running beside them.
