I know it sounds backwards but depending on your city, the more expensive the home, the easier into a home equity loan, but if that doesn't work out, this is something to consider: http for the financing of course.

We did have to pay an extra $2500) on a 18sqr home :S

So we over estimated and said end of march.
We found so far they are extremely helpful now Febuary, lol .

Speak to living in a slab home (although what we buy will end up being on a slab) or the life warm.
