It's a bit difficult to understand the circumstances of what happened, but am I right in thinking that you were hit in the rear by another vehicle and now the third party insurer is trying to say it should be a 50/50 settlement?

Our home is insured with Aviva formerly Norwich Union. We have identified the house is moving (slab foundation, 1970s house) and so have opened a subsidence claim. Given there has been so much poor service and negative comment about the NU / Aviva Service...

Suffice to say, we have heard nothing more, so have just sent a fax to Aviva Claims asking when will someone contact us .
Although we were advised Cunningham Lindsey would be in touch in ‘a day or two’, we didn’t really believe it .

Yeah, traditional D-III powers Mount Union and WI-Whitewater are both in at 10-0. I'm shocked ever year at how many teams get in with undefeated records in D-III.
