Status Update: T_T My mouth is when I have colds or my nose are clogged which makes it difficult to breathe through my nose.
Only when I need more air or when nose block then use mouth.
Nose for sure.

That thread discussing limiting factors got me thinking about how I breathe while running. I am a 100% mouth breather while on a run. What is the proper way to breathe?

If you have to combine both breathing through the nose and mouth then how do you avoid sounding nasal...? I discovered that I sound more clear in regards of tone and vowels when I sing through the mouth but I heard that breathing through the nose is also...

Don't you normally breath through your nose? I mean, just breathe through the nose.
To avoid sounding nasaly during instrumentals for example.
I do believe you breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.
