How can I synchronize separate Tomboy notebooks between different Linux computers?
Let's say, Tomboy has two notebooks and one is synchronized with one computer, and the second notebook with another PC. Like I do not want to have my job notes on home ...

The first place I'd check would be actual network....
You could also try to plug the laptops directly to the router with ethernet cable and see if the problem persists (to rule out the wireless settings) .
Try lowering the MTU on the router (wireless settings).
