I was under the impression the max number of troops you could attack with was 20,000. Why then did some one just attack me with 90,000 (yes it is okay to feel bad for me )? Can someone tell me how to do this?

When it is 10, then 100,000 There is no number of max troops...You can send up to 10 armies of 100,000 with a level....
When rally point is 9 then 90000 troops.
Max number of troops is base on the level of the rally point.
