Found a clue on the magicjack forum that that might be the issue, so I uninstalled IE9 and magicjack is up and running again. Hope they fix this in the final version.

Why Server, DNS Server and hopefully, phone server (magicjack).
Probably because MagicJack is a consumer device, and consumers don't run Windows Server.
