That is what I've been told by both my LC and Dr. I've done that plus fenugreek, tea, oatmeal, salmon, spinach, always tons of water (I live in the desert), reglan, and now domperidone. I have to BF and pump due to work. I pump every three hours and still...

She may nurse 7-8 minutes in the am when I'm really full but will only nurse 2-3 minutes, just nurse again.
Oh and if you can nurse her and still pump 21 oz a day that is amazing of 6-9 oz.
Really good and try gas drops.

I am a RN and have recently recieved a Board order from the Board of Nurses stating i must work under the supervision of another RN dosent have to be on the same floor but working the same hours and that RN must be readily avaiable to ansewr any questions...

My doc does combined care & every visit prenatal & post natal for the baby has been with a nurse

I always see the nurse.
Mine will be with the practice nurse (starting this week) - if any issues arise then the GP sees with antenatal care, finding baby's heartbeat and working out position of baby.
