From home to nursing home? Some of the caregiver's physical demands disappear, but none of the emotional, you said it yourself, let the nursing home staff do their job, of coarse its not going to be the same to top ....

I know it was rough for residents used to being spoiled, but with 4x the people in it, they cant.
