Hello, i was wondering how to go about getting certified in sports nutrition if anyyone can help. What classes to take or books to read, where to take test etc etc. any help is appreciated

To be honest, I have to research this a bit more but there doesn't seem to be a huge amount of evidence based medicine out there on this condition meaning... .
I am sure you know this already but you really should be gluten free, and preferably grain free .
