I had the same issues with mine when I tried it, worse yet is it started F-ing with the ECU and the car started to miss and bog when it threw the CEL. I wound up leaving the CEL until I went with a OBD-I swap.

Here (attached) is the relevant diagnostic chapter.....
This code could be tripped by an electrical fault (bad connection; voltage out of range) .
You should contact URD Tech Support, 877-887-3872 x3
G A P0136 code is for Bank 1 Sensor 2 (the rear sensor) .

So I ordered an o2sim to be able to pass inspection a while back from http://www.o2simulator.com/ and I never got my product. I did however get my money back.
Took a trip to radio shack and about $15 and an hour later this is the result.

Green = Ground
Yellow = Signal
O2 sensor
White = Heater Circuit
Black = Ground
Grey = Signal Wire

I purchased a racing chip that need to be installed on the back o2 sensor. Being the noobie that I am, I am not even sure where all the o2 sensors are. Can someone point me in the right directions?

Do you still have a rear O2 sensor? I removed mine, and got a P1133 to see if it's working....
FWIW the rear O2 has a simulator plugged in and so far (I'm still very much learning)...

So, I believe that when I bought my car it had no O2 Sensors on it and right now I am looking to by O2 sensors. I'm confused as to how many I need because the GT has 4, 2 banks with 2 sensors, but I own a GS; is that still 4 or are there only 2? Right...

There's the possibility that there is an O2 simulator, but I highly doubt then I wouldn't have use for....
There's the possibility that there is an O2 simulator affects fuel trims.
Only the upstream sensor affects fuel trims.
