O rings I am changing the seal kits on the boom cylinders on my PC-200 but the rubber o rings seem to be a lot slacker than the old ones. I am scared to try and push the parts together like this because it may hook and break.
If I boil it for awhile will...

There is an o-ring on the piston of a Komatsu PC200 excavator cylinder??? A good mechanic isn't expensive, he's are real....
Or are you talking about the internal seals in the gland and on the piston? On my cylinder the o ring.

Having a higher durometer does not necessarily make it a stronger o-ring, but just a stiffer one.
Two different purposes.
o-ring kits using urethane; they're just way more expensive for the abuse they take.

Anyone know the correct size of the sealing O ring on the Boxer clutch slave cylinder?
There are Fiat rebuild kits that are 19.05mm on ebay wondering if these would work?
My O ring is clearly bad I think the bore and everything else is good.

2004 E-350 6.0L no start after hot issue, after checking the injector o-rings, the oil seals were chewed up and corroded!

And Oring kits off of him, he was real good to deal with,
I don't have his # just search "Rosewood Diesel" That seal that the Ford kit doesn't include is inside the top of the injector where the high pressure oil rail inserts.
