Hydraulic roller lifters have no lash and are not subject to really high valve spring....
Someone explain this to me.
Be more HP, and driving environment.
The hydraulics don't get used as hard and the OEM ones last hundreds of thousands of miles.
Curious if anyone has used these lifters in there retrofit 351w to run a hydro roller cam? Ford SBF 302 221-400 351C 351W Hydraulic Roller Lifters | eBay Ebay also sells Lunati and Howards, both of which are about $100 more in price.

If that's the case, I haven't a clue (yep, I'm utterly clueless on what you get .
I was under quality than the OEM lifters.
Lifter That "imported lifter" picture looks almost identical to the TFS link-bar lifters.
I'm going to be installing my 228r cam in my 06 m6. I got 60,000mi. N decided to go ahead to change the lifters. What's at good set of lifters for a decent price? got screwed on taxes so my budget is a bit lower :\ damn uncle sam.

A friend of mine has a 2012 rzr s that has recently had the motor rebuilt at the dealership. It runs good except all four lifters won't prime up. The mechanic said they would prime up but it could take up to 100 miles of riding. It's been over 200 miles...

Bigger cam profile than stock? Does it "tick"? A collapsed lifter that has recently had the motor....
Rev limiter is somewhere aroundMaybe the springs are too stiff .

Fine for OEM meaning the body of the lifter surrounds the lifter wheel.

Almost every single engine from OEM has some sort of variable cam timing for a reason, ....
They really broaden the power curve.
Difference of 20ftlb.
It was a little soft up top and switched out the lifters to a good quality lifter.

Just for clarification purposes ill be switching my filter to an OEM Mann and ....

The standard 35mm hydraulic lifters used in our engines (ALH, PD etc) obviously adjust the valve lash. How much can they adjust ? I am trying to find some specs, and cannot find anything ? thx

It surprised me how much caps, although that was about 0.5 mm more clearance than... .
And reground cam on a spare head and I remember approx 2-2.5mm of clearance between lifter sitting and lifter compressed manually for standard cam/valves.
