Will a Microsoft Office 2007 OEM CD recognize a retail version product key?

I just grabbed an Office 2007 Dell OEM disc, and plugged in my Retail.
But I Highly doubt it will work.

OEM Version So the disk that comes with an OEM version of Win7 64-Bit is in fact genuine, and a full retail version correct. The only thing that makes that copy an OEM is the product key? Correct?
