I just grabbed an Office 2007 Dell OEM disc, and plugged in my Retail.
But I Highly doubt it will work.

How do I check whether the version of Microsoft Office that already exist on a computer is OEM? there are some computers in my office that I need to be completely sure about, as I manually take an inventory of hardware and software.

Im not 100% sure about this but worth looking at, dont oem product id's have it in the number, so if you get produkey and look at the product id sometimes it has oem in the id number this may help Jellybean KeyFinder.

I'm planning to buy a MacBook Pro and I'm going to need to run Windows on it. Is it possible to legally buy an OEM Windows (Vista or 7) for it or so I don't need to pay for the retail version?

SoYou can move retail versions....
The OEM version do come with a upgrade option as well as a full install.
Getting the full version means from different languages.
An OEM copy with some kind of hardware such as a drive, but YMMV.

It's OK, if I buy two OEM license of Windows for one computer and one of them install normal and second install into virtual machine on that computer?

You need to use an OEM disc....
So you may need an OEM disk of the correct version, and correct vintage (rightMy understanding about Windows XP CD keys is that you can't mix and match retail and OEM keys.

Except for Windows Server 2008, you cannot use OEM licence inside of virtual machines.
It is not legal since OEM is connected to particular hardware.
