I am new here and upon reading many other threads, I am unsure if my chances are ruined for getting into SUNY/NECO/UCB.
I have taken the OAT once and I scored the following:
Biology: 200
G-Chem: 230
O-Chem: 270
Reading Comprehension: 290
Physics...

Is this still for the 2013 application cycle.
To take my exam around the 2nd week of September for the 2013 application cycle.
