Just backyard attempt to see how easy or hard it is to ignite OSB.
Our results are: its pretty dang hard .
Held a match direct to the OSB. Would not light.
Held a rod heated with a MAP gas torch. No light
Sprayed brake clean on the OSB. Caught but went...

Interesting, people usually say to put up drywall instead as fireproof.
The OSB would make a difference as well.

My husband built a garage 32 by 16 by 12 with a door and a garage door.
He used to work on the ground on our car and our sons car in winter too.
Now he has a real garage, i used to call it a sharage, (shed and garage)
He insulated vapor barriered etc....

Even if you have OSB down, you will want to put.
It's all in the preparation.
No expert here, but I would assume that the drywall dusty residue will have to come off before you apply the VCT mastic.

I use a lift called the Hercule 42-60. Ive been using it for 5 years. It retails for about $175 and is designed for the top sheets against the ceiling and is sold steel. There is a video on youtube and i got it through the website hercule42-60.com
