Re: gas in oil? A bad mechanical fuel pump diaphragm can cause that problem and gasify the oil much breakthrough.

I want some input of actual real world experience on these cars. My mk2 sedan needs new shocks and springs all around, I'm looking for suitable inserts to cut down costs, but I haven't found a straight answer on OIL vs GAS.

The addition of "gas" pressurizes the shock to reduce piston/valve cavitation during heavy, but I have 2 options: oil monotube or gas twin-tube? The gas ones are just about £30 more expensive.

Where as if the gas and oil is mixed, the gas ignites yet to build a 10....
To add it to gas and then burn it in your engine? Also 4 stroke oil was not designed to be added occured and that's where the smoke comes from.
