The problem is that my headlights won't turn on. When I try to turn it on the hazard lights comes on without blinking and when I turn the high beam on it will make a buzzing sound yet no light. Can someone please help me out. I would really appreciate...

3rd notch, the lights all turn times they won't.
Second notch, the lights come up and turn on.
Do you mean the parking lights come on? That's supposed to happen, they come on at the first notch on the headlight switch.
