Hey, longtime reader, first time poster.
I can't find any info on the internet about how much oil a single olive would produce (my limited searching skills only locate entire tree yield)
Can anyone help?

I need advice on a good olive oil that would be delicious to dip a good bread in and eat. I buy olive oil from Sam's , but it is not pleasant to dip bread in. Please can someone give me some names that I can look for in the grocery store.

Living in California, there are many, many choices.
I've never tried the Sams club olive oil.

Bargain, at least 25% cheaper than the next cheapest Olive Oil out there.
As per MySupermarket, the cheapest Olive Oil out there:
Atbero Antico (Asda) £3.33 per litre
Asda Own Brand £3.48 per litre
Napolina £4.00 per litre...

When cooking with oil (any type really) should I countthe entire amout used in my macros. Ex. Cooking chicken in 1tbs olive oil...I know I consume the entire amount. How do you do it?

Boom problem solved Well if you're using 1 tbs of olive oil then count 1 tbs of olive oil not sure....
Olive oil has lots of calories and fat so it is important I think, especially use pam.
Tablespoon every time.

Since olive oil is supposed to be healthy does it make sense to include a few grams to the diet every day and just drink it?
Maybe 10gr olive oil per day? Or would it be better to spend those calories for something you can actually eat and which tastes...
