I want to set up a zone in openx which will be invoked from a flash application, so I want openx to just serve back whatever xml I paste into the 'generic html banner'. Problem is when I use the invocation code for the zone, openx is putting some html...

Here's a project that gives you API integration by OpenX..
You can implement Openx using javascript, so as long as you run Openx on a php server, that should;/noscript>
OpenX generates all this code for you.

I am using OpenX Ad Server to control the ads for my site.
I have some e.g. 100x100 px ads I am displaying in the footer of my site. I am using the PHP code that OpenX Ad Server has supplied me to display them. The thing is, for now I have 2 ads there...

So if you have ten ads, if Ad 1 gets selected randomly, Ad 6 would go in... .
Randomly select the first ad position, and then use that one to determine the other .

When I installed 2.8.1 (from scratch, no upgrade) on a web host with cpanel all went well except an error was reported for the openx marketplace plugin.
i then logged in, switched to admin, and hit install for the plugin and it seemed to install fine....
