May as well keep it on here. I've been back into working out since probably last year and learned about 5x5 protocol last November or so. Gave the straight 5x5 a go but burned out after a couple of months. Literally I was getting sick every few weeks ...

As most of you know. I am writing a journal of Alfie's stories. My question is though, how do you show and not tell if it is in a journal format? How do I include speech without it being too much? Any help appreciated.

cover-to-cover by MathSciNet, so yes it is a "real" journal.
