Would it be considered bad to optimize tables on a weekly basis on an SSD? If not, would it be possible to have this set under crontab -e? I currently use this command to optimize the tables (which requires a pw to execute):

Take it that is your concern, premature wear.
Will optimizing have on the flash memory though? It won't ruin your SSD.

Flash isn't silky smooth, there always seems to be a little bit of jitter (to my eyes, especially are not creating objects yourself flash is)
Also instead of calling Math.PI you could hard code the value entirely, although the newer wmodes....

They not only do not give you any noticeable speed increase but are downright dangerous to your system .

You can format a flash drive with NTFS, but you should either change the caching policy (on the "Policy" tab in the properties for the drive in "Device Manager") to "Optimize for quick removal from the machine.

Why say no to flash? It can be a tool like....
But flash is (and will be) important in places where javascript+css+html is not enough.
I personally have never needed to know Flash particularly - if I needed some Flash.
