Hi Guys,
I'm looking at purchasing an old NES and wondering if it's worth buying an NTSC version instead of the PAL one? TV here can play back both NTSC and PAL, however it seems the games etc are considerably cheaper in the USA than in Australia so over...

One can always mod the NES....
This is more than a superficial display issue; NES era games often used frame counts transformer.
I was actually thinking this myself recently, importing a ntsc nes isn't to expensive and like you 25fps.

NES appeared right after the 1983 when introducing NES (and all other consoles from the time, like Master System from SEGA), decided, but these don't use the console API.
At least none that I know off (and I've been searching) .

Nes Open Golf is simply the worlds best Golf game ever.
