I am looking to buy a condo in Orlando in 50-60k with cash. Which areas in Orlando would be a good investment for rental and captial gain?

Nice area and there is a huge probability that you would be able to rent long term for many years I believe the Lake Nona area has already absorbed a lot of speculation with the new and future UCF medical campus.

So yea go outside of my girls house this morning after a nice night on the town to find that my car is stolen! This being said i wanted to ask people in the florida area to keep an eye out for this car. Its a silver s14 with a sunroof with se wing removed...

Put it this way, my old neighbour has been over there since 2001 .
Orlando and that area is reallyNot far from Orlando at all.
You'd be better off elsewhere without a car IMO.

The recession and real estate debacle has hit Orlando very hard.
The Lake Nona area is the fastest growing area in Orlando, club house etc.
Park is nice and has very affluent areas.
