Hello,
I have arthritis all over my body. Osteoarthritis, and RA, Nodular, and have osteporosis. A month ago my docotor took me off Zopiclone at night which helped me get off to sleep. I am struggling here as I lie down and the pains get worse in my shoulders...

I know "Zopiclone" is a very addictive medication (I too take it every night) and GP's have been asked to cut down on prescribing these kinds of addictive ... .
That GP information does seen VERY harsh...

Have you actually been diagnosed as having Arthritis? Is it Rhumatoid or Osteo? Have you been to see a physio therapist or a massage therapist about your pain?
Maybe forget about crunches. Start by doing slow controled movements with very low resistance...
