Where to find an outboard? I have been looking at Craigslist and Ebay along with every local classified in search for a 15-25 hp outboard. I am coming up with just junk or something priced like it was made out of gold!

I got an old mid 70's Johnson outboard that runs, but runs rough due to the coil? arching and it stalls, the thing is in need of a tune up, and the steering is pretty stiff, it use to be a lot more free.
