Can I put my pet guinea pigs and hamsters outdoors? I really want to put them indoors, but my parents won't let me do that for two reasons: our house is very small; and, their smell will get "stuck" inside our house and then I will have asthma. So they...

But i have to clean them out every other day .
Guinea pigs can go out side but make sure there in the shade and they've always got cool water, they don't smell that much and ive always kept my guinea pigs in my room and its fine.

Can you keep them in the house? There are many reasons why we don't recommend keeping them outdoors.

If I had wanted an outdoor pet, I would have entertained.
For the large cage I'm building, and my mum is under the impression that guinea pigs are outdoor pets) and are loud (not ear breaking, but silence reducing).

Dont fill up all (guinea pig have small feet ....
Its bigger means more free space for the cute guinea pigs to move making them comfertable .

Does anyone have any experience of growing peas as a crop to let pigs strip-graze? If so, what type of peas should I be growing? I've read about 'field peas'. but can't find anywhere to buy the seeds to grow these (at least, not in the UK)
