I need to reconfigure sendmail (preferably through .mc file) so all outgoing emails would never leave my server, but instead either go to /dev/null or to a user that can be redirected through alias to go to /dev/null.

I don't know of a way to do exactly what you're trying to do (all users, yes; all domains, not a clue), but you might try adjusting confQUEUE_LA low enough so that it'll queue all mail .

Your Outlook is likely set up to use your ISP's SMTP server for sending email, which likely isn't.

Can you give some sample logs? I think you're best bet would be to look through them with either grep or cut to get the source/destinations that are being sent too .

Try to send an email while you have no internet connection or if you have "Queue Messages.
