My firm uses Exchange Server (version 5 I think), with no POP3/IMAP access. So when I'm out of the office, it is down to Outlook Web Access. And my laptop is running Ubuntu, so it is a pretty poor experience.

I am using Outlook Webaccess. unfortunately the calendar shows up around 5MB of data. Due to this I am not able to send mails since there is a restriction on my user account.

Just upgraded a user from Office 2003 to 2007 and now a sub calendar that she had is not available in Outlook but is visible in OWA. Any suggestions on making it available for her in Outlook?

Go to the Calendar "tab" on the left, then select Open a Shared Calendar..., then type in the name of the calendar to add it.
You could try adding a shared calendar.
Try the Go menu and then selecting Folder List.
