As I recall, the paint on the outside ...the paint on the outside of an aluminum can is an enamel baked on at 800 C
I doubt the 800°C.

REI has these for $16 and they'll accept a nalgene 1L bottle if you take the bottom retainer off (it's still held tight by the top grip and strap), but they hold a 12oz water bottle perfectly, and pretty much any of the convenience size pop bottles.

I just don't see that pants, even at an outside wedding from the chair, grass stains on the hem of the pants, any food/beverage you may drip, etc.
