On placing an order at our local M&S the sales lady asked for our address. She then said "I have five different names listed for that address, which one are you".
We told her our name and the order was placed.
Now, correctly she did not tell us the names...

That person to ask M&S to delete them!
I'd be fairly confident M&S would be in breach of the DPA.

I shop a lot at M&S on-line & I've noticed lately when I've ordered something up comes an ad for M&S with pics of all the stuff I've ordered.
Does anyone else get these ads on their AB page?. M&S or otherwise?

So, the missus was out at lunch, and while out, someone smacked our car, and drove off.

Honesty id go back down to M&S now and just say my missus has come home with a damaged car, iv only with M&S Security just read up on what's required, know your rights and go armed with the right info and they can check it out.
