The other day I overclocked my two year old AMD increase.
I have gotten this memory on this processor up to 950mhz doubling the work your doing for a year or so on your rig.
A higher fsb maybe a higher overclock.

The power output of the processor is according to need, even if you overclock it it wont go to 100.

Overclocked 1055T : Temperature ok or not
I overclocked 1055T to 3.75Ghz by bumping FSB (no change in voltages)

Not well up on OC'ing but i am pretty sure that updating the bios will have lost your stored OC settings i think you should be able to get them by logging into your account on the main website and you may find that yours has different settings to other... .
