Hi guys, Ive been doing barbell complexes lately, and in Chad Waterbury's routine he recommends overhead squats but I have been skipping these as every time I try them I fall over, even with just the bar! Can anyone help please?

Weird, I know these....
In fact I would squatting, squat jerking, I actually really like being rock bottom in an overhead squat.

Cool go there, try rubber band OHS....
It definitely helped me I could do too since the bar is not resting on the top of the spine like with regular squats.
You'd hold a bar, then you squat trying to keep the band exactly overhead.

Agree, Standing OHP is king.
Got me some tonight, first exercise for shoulder night! Seated Dumbbell Overhead Press is my favorite excercise, hands down.
