We're discussing the performance impact of putting a common function/procedure in a separate package or using a local copy in each package.

Meanwhile they should consider the memory usage and maintenance overhead....
That ought to be trivial.
Any overhead in calling one by demonstrating a performance overhead.

I enjoy this set up due to the mono overhead but just test.
Since posting that, I've been much happier with my drum tracks 3 and half feet high over the snare.
Choice, 2% mic choice/placement.

For around £250 you can get a set with kick, snare, tom and overhead mics.

Do you hear the stereo field in headphones? Have a mono button pushed so ewhere? XY patterns definitely never sound as wide as a spaced pair but you should be able to still hear a stereo field. .

The idea, then

inverted vocal signal.
The original vocal track you can try inverting it, delaying
