Sadly I found out I'm not ovulating My OB/GYN wanted me to take a 3 month break from Femara so I did, I've been taking Metformin & luckly the Metformin kept my periods coming during those 3 months that I was off of Femara . I don't have that route right now then start out charting your BBT so you will know if you actually O. And aren't over weight, right? I am not saying that is what I have, but it's possible.

This is the way to truly tell if you are ovulating! If you chart a cycle or two and it does not look like you are ovulating, then yes, I would contact your doctor. I would start by charting your temperatures.
