There are a handful of other marinas around Vancouver but I have no idea if there are liveaboards at those.
The Granville Island Hotel is probably the closest you'll get.
Right in the city.

Please could you suggest a good hotel for a night in early September near to YVR? We will be travelling back from Knight Inlet Lodge on Sept 2nd and have a 10am flight on Sept 3rd. We will drop the hire car on 2nd, so want somewhere close to the airport...
