If they can't see your join date they will make fun of your title, avatar, what groups you're before, our birthday aka join date gave us our stamp of approval, i dont think this is a good idea to get rid of the ....

This should give you a table with many columns with the name of the date....
Try using Pivot on the date column for each symbol in your query from a date to a date.
I'm not a guru on this transformation but I can point you at an idea .
