Does anyone know what percentage of fats, carbs and protein each day will get you the best results!!!

My diet since I've started on here has been keeping to roughly eaten .

I've doing intermittent fasting before having only 2 meals a day with 100g per If you are eating 5-6 meals a ....
It doesn't matter.
All of it.
If you are eating 5-6 meals a day, I believe 40grams per meal is the rule of thumb.
I have recently started to increase the amount of protein in my diet in order to help tone and build muscle definition. But should I still be trying to eat pure protein bars and other high protein foods on rest days even if it will put my over my calories...

When you lift weights, all you are doing is breaking down the muscle .

You generally only need.
Take it whenever you need more protein in your diet.
Http take your whey or casein.
Taking more is not very beneficial.
1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of weight.

You aren't taking that 99 cals as for the whole tray of brownies right? as for 9g of fat is per.
Meaning that tray of brownies is 999 calories.

My scoop holds 22g protein, so and a ceiling of 1.5g/lb/day.
Limits? For people not on steroids, I usually set a floor of 1g/lb of lean body mass per dayI have, and sometimes still do, but it's not particularly common.
I would take one every morning anyway but don't tend to post cardio workout, like I would post weights. Any benefit in having one?

The 6 day it shouldnt make any difference you should still be having the same protein intake weather your training or not.Its all food so....

I would have maybe two shakes and four solid....
If you eat six meals a day and go for 30g protein in each your there.
Getting a 180g of protein per day is very easy.
The bones, you'll get plenty of calcium from that too .
