What a great idea- Protein Bread. Awesome for people who travel a lot - like me I am eating this bread from November 1st. and really fell great, I even lost 5 pounds. And the best of all this Bread tastes great. To all- have a healthy Life.

I eat 5 to 6 times a day so by the end of the day ill probably get less then 90g of protein right per lb of bodyweight Pretty sure its 1g of protein per lb of LEAN body mass.

As long as you consume ~175 grams of protein while bulking If....
If whatever diet you're on requires you to consume 300 grams of protein per day, then you're on the wrong diet.

Food log I kept last year showed I ate an average of 181g protein per day, at least on days I kept 1.8g protein/ kg body weight/ day.

Is it worth the risk? I've heard it's a little bit less than 1g per lb, like .9lb.
However, maybe you won't.
Maybe you will gain just as much muscle only eating 120g of protein.
Of meat is enough to get 150+g of protein.

Up 5 or 6 meals of 30 or 50 grams of protein then you will consume anywhere from 150-300 grams a day be desperate....
About 200-300g protein per day at 215 pounds.

The rule of thumb is 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight of thumb is 1 gram....
This would make great research.
And I know that guy trains muc harder than I do guy .
As much as me, that consumed 90-110g of protein a day...
