I doubt it because then the companies would have to transfer online accounts from the old consoles to the new ones costing them money and they wouldn't make money from new sales either Probably not but you never know .

That should do.
Go to your old machine, sync trophies, then sign out of PSN and then deactivate the PS3 (Account, activate the machine if you haven't (this may be your issue), then sync trophies again.
