Routine PSA checks are important. Had my tenth in as many years a year ago last March. It was elevated.
Retested as month later, (following strict "no recreational activity, nor routine maintenance 48 hours prior)
Still elevated, but not very much...

Psa blood test levels could be due to a number of reasons such as infections, inflammations, growths, malignancies Hyperpigmentation w/malignancy
Malignancy etc. It would be best to have this evaluated by a urologist...

Clearly, PSA levels are a risk spectrum.
For example if your PSA is between 1 and 2, there is about or higher.
For PSA levels below 4 in men 55 and over.
