In order to convert a PSD to XML, you need to code the XML by looking....
PSD's contain no logical formatting - they are in essence (for the purposes of this explanation) a raster based image.
You cannot export a psd file to XML or (X)HTML.

For a few days I was just wondering why do people make psd templates and recently found that there is some slicing tool and after slicing things you can save it for web or something like that
My queries!
1. Is it true that you can convert psd to html ...

In photoshop, when you "slice" a psd, all it really does is to breakI believe you can't ....
To make psd template none of them explain how to convert it into html /ccc even if they explain a complete web page template for you.

You can use the sliced PSD, but you will need to set the template default template style.
