Remove any battery inserted in the psp and plug in the ac adaptor only and try to boot up the psp.
Try to use your regular battery to other psp and if it fails to boot then your battery is now dead try this.

Guys im currently using a PSP 3000, which i bought around a month back.. Everything is working fine with it, except the battery! with the battery completely charged im getting just an hour of gameplay. It takes around 1.5 hours approx for the battery ...

Does changing the mother board on a psp 3000 battery possibly unbrick it from a complete brick ?
