Okay. So I want to convert 5v PWM to 10v.
5 volts from an Arduino to dim LEDs off of 10 volt Meanwell.
Can I used the 5 volt from the Arduino to the gate of an N-channel MOSFET and then use a 10v DC supply into the Meanwell??
Or is that too simple??

Very generally....
You should use a logic-level MOSFET; these are MOSFETs that have Rds going to PWM the Meanwell with a P-ch MOSFET, you won't be able to drive it directly(on) specified at 4.5v or lower.
With some caveats, yes.

Hello im using My1016 motor wich is 14 ampere /24 volt 250 watt rated motor ,,
im using an H bridge all NMOSFETS transistors and IR2110 driver
the problem is when i measure the voltage delivered to the motor its 9v when i connect 12 v as volt for driving...

The bootstrap cap is charged....
With a 12V battery they are probably at most around 11V .
Bertus Verify if your bootstrap voltages are at the correct level .

Hope this helps night i tried the IR2110 gate driver with IRF3205 MOSFET and make a half bridge circuit for testing with a switch, the low side MOSFET....
Also add a 1k resistor between the gate and source of each MOSFET.
Around 10R to 33R.

Charging and discharging the gates through a 10k resistor and the 4N25 is a bad way to do it if the frequency is high, your MOSFETs will heat up very much.
