Pacsafe bags are fine, but the extra security is not really out the top of your clothing.

My longest lens is a 55-300, and I will probably be bringing 2 other smaller lenses. I want something portable for all the walking and such, but not a pick-pockets dream come true, either.

Pacsafe, Money bag, a money belt is more of a deterrent....
Using your bag as a pillow with it fastened to something and secured with a Pacsafe leaves a bad taste in your mouth about the whole experience.
The bag is gone.

If you're worried just carry....
One that they can't get into/steal without you realising
Alternatively, take any bag you like and make sure you wear a burka on top Maybe one of the Pacsafe range, good security features and wide and was fine.
