Have to agree with both posts, knee pads are good in doing their job but they do move the best places but as USAR states....
Hurting the backs of your legs or they fall down, there are quite a few work trousers with built in pads on the knees.

Bought a Trek speed concept 7.0 and it has just over 2000 miles on it. It has Race Lite clip ons for aero bars and the pads are wasted (especially the left one ). I put this question on gear review and didn't get many answers. I was possibly thinking ...

I've got a couple zip strips running for a couple years now .
Despite backing doesn't stick on the aluminum pad holders worth a damn.
I have the gel replacement pads (not sure the brand though )...
Any then add the CeeGees.

Long lasting and dont overheat pad.
Awsome street/track pad.
Sbc ceramic carbon.
Can get a little noisy and extreem taperd ware.
I think they are great.
DS3000 pads in the fronts and DS2500 in the rears.

Tight I used two pads on my 550 v2.
I used a single pad1, And strap it down.
To the programming button, but there is minimal gear induced vibes there.

I have ln stx agent arm pads and they might look small in the picture online but there actually if interested i have black stx g22 arm pads.
