I am 22 and having a similar issue as well. I am in excellent health, yet I have back pain in the morning. I have been through 2 sessions of Pysical Therapy and have had x-rays and an MRI taken as well. The PT Post-traumatic stress disorder doesn't help...

Powerful enough....
I would get carbonation in my chest right away, and had to burp alot and get it out so I could lay waking (after 5-6 hours of sleep) with a dull yet painful flank pain on the lower right side.

I get this from time to time and have anxiety. I've even had a nuclear Nuclear ventriculography stress test . . . results normal. I also get the pains in my left and right chest and lower abdomen, but it always goes away. Eat light until it passes.

These problems cause hardcore panic attacks.
It usually moves to my left arm then around to my - I as I wrire this I have pain in my chest and right arm.
That pain again in the upper left side of my chest.

Ok, report back after one night of Psoas exercises. A year of having to walk for 15 minutes to get rid of the pain at 3 or 4am ... and it was 70% better this morning after the exercises last night. 2nd night ... will report back tomorrow! I think we are...
