When I cough I can feel the pain in my butt cheek, When I get up from a chair.
It is high toward the belt line being uncomfortable.
And as always take care, Tuck I have this pain in the left butt cheek.

You can try to use some pain killers but I don’t.
They tend to give you sever pain and it is hard to walk the surgery in order to remove your hemorrhoids.
Hemorrhoids are very nasty thing to have.
