Today I felt like my bra band was too tight (it was not). Pain in my back almost like bad gas pains, felt? like a band tightening around my rib cage. Came on suddenly, and after lying down on a heating pad for about 30 min, it went away.

I was told that we need to let our breast rest at night, since we wore bras all day... .
I think you should sleep without your bra starting for now on .
If it happens again, you need to see a dr and have an ultrasound done .

I'm pretty sure what I have is sciatic nerve pain, anyway. If you look at this diagram , right where it says 'sciatic nerve' is where my pain is (I know that the nerve runs all the way down the leg, but the pain is confined to that spot).

Its been so few weeks due to my sciatic...it's sucks! Though the pain's not nearly as bad as last time (so farI was hospital....
With it (I tell myself its practice for labor pain) and have my hubby help me when its really bad.

She was able to manually adjust me and provide immediate relief .
Bc I didn't want to stop working out I saw a physical therapist .

Hi and welcome. So what you are saying is that you are on the Oxy and your wife is under the impression that you don't need it? Is your medication prescribed and do you take it as directed? Are you wanting to stop taking them? I do know from experience...

But, my back pain has returned worse? I have also found that my prolonged use of my pain med mixed with my unending pain has caused depression from opiates causes ....
For back pain, duration of meds 6 months and it is no fun.

You need to see a neurologist. Most GP's will not prescribe meds until you have been fully evaluated.
