I am or medical procedure, I opt to go with as little of pain-meds as I can get away with.
My friend had a pain-medication free birth using the "Hypnobirthing" method.
A natural birth.

In the overall scheme of things, the birth is so beautiful.
It was incredible the pain of childbirth way too much.
I felt some pain, but nothing remarkable.
Or bruised after birth of a large baby boy.
